Only connection continues.

Not transaction. However rich your features or true your benefit, if you lead with the descriptive or common (especially if you rely on AI to remix what’s already been said), whatever you win isn’t loyalty, and it won’t last.

To find your people where they are and bring them along, you have to be honest, vivid, and (yes, dammit) human. No one trusts what they don’t understand, and feel understood by.

Words are the beginning.

  • I've had the pleasure of partnering with Rebecca on a number of strategic engagements involving copywriting/content strategy. Across all, Rebecca has delivered A++ work, often under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholders -- of differing needs/wants -- to please. She readily meets stated AND latent client needs, for projects grand and small, and maintains consummate professionalism through it all. Work is delivered on time, at or above the exceedingly high bar to which she holds herself. She's an excellent presenter: able to sell in her work, not to mention the broader value of strategically on-point, creatively sound copy, to even the most skeptical or uninformed audience. Rebecca does much to help us all appreciate the value of a few good words, and the rarity of those who can construct as much so effectively. She has a heck of a jump shot too.

  • If you're ready for change and can handle digging deep, Rebecca is the one to call.

  • Rebecca is unbelievably smart and talented. It is not often I feel intimidated by someone's intelligence and skills ... she is that good. I hope to work with her again in the future.

  • Simply put, Rebecca is a fantastic writer and one of the best I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Not only is she creative, but she is able to elevate ideas far beyond where they began.
