to travel in a purposeful way toward an unknown destination

Goals aren’t everything. Life makes sure of that.

Our culture is obsessed with productivity, and measuring progress can keep us going. But if we’re moving without meaning, it’s hard to feel as alive as we are.

Instead, it’s how we move through the world that invites delight, connection, and deepening when difficulty gets steep.

I’m here to be good company, helping you hear yourself and keep your choices in step with what makes meaning for you. If you’re a little lonely or a little lost (psst: we all are), let’s travel together for a bit.

Choosing your own adventure starts with choice.

Easier said than done these days. We can’t control outcomes or how much the world cooperates, but we can know ourselves well enough to aim our energy with intention.

Whether you’re endeavoring, shifting, stuck, disconnected, or struggling to feel at home in yourself, it can help to talk things out with someone outside of your circle, who shows up fully focused on receiving, reflecting, and helping you find clarity on your own terms.

We get a lot of messages about figuring things out for ourselves, “staying positive,” and pushing through. So it’s no wonder we tend to underestimate how much it can help to share openly without needing to calibrate or reciprocate, and to be met with care and attention.

Human brains are built to work together. Let’s see where that can go.

Mine certainly has.

A shiny-star student who planned to do big work in public policy, I quickly realized how little that life would match what I’d imagined, and wasn’t sure how else to seek my ideal of (say it with me) making a difference. I switchbacked into art, passionate about its powers of community … which accidentally kicked off a double-decade branding career … which shriveled in the glare of misplaced AI enthusiasm. Sometimes we choose our transitions; other times, they grab us by the scruff.

Through it all, I’ve been the person others lean into when they’re sad, confused, frustrated, or not sure where their hard time is coming from. My own relational journey has turned toward learning in attachment theory, somatic experiencing, mind-body mechanics and conflict resolution. And now, as our society emphasizes technology over connection and advantage over vulnerability, welcoming authenticity and supporting personal evolution feels more than ever like the real big work.

I’m eager to be of help to you as you find yours, including the biggest work of all: being yourself.

Paths wind.

Stay curious, my friends.

There are many ways ahead.
